Driver Requirements
A valid driver’s licence must be presented at the time of vehicle collection. Drivers who do not hold a full Samoan driver’s licence are required to obtain a Temporary Driver’s Licence before driving on Samoan roads. The renter is responsible for ensuring that all nominated drivers meet the legal driving requirements in Samoa.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Damage, Loss & Responsibility
The renter is responsible for the vehicle for the full duration of the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately to Fridam Rentals. The renter may be liable for repair or replacement costs in accordance with the rental agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT.
1. These terms and conditions shall form part of the Rental Agreement (“Agreement”). The vehicle that is the subject of this agreement shall be referred to as the “Vehicle”. Any reference in the Agreement to Fridam Rentals is to be treated as a reference to the proprietor (s) of the business of Fridam Rentals. All Rates are inclusive of Samoan Government VAGST (15%), quoted in Samoan Tala and are subject to change without notice.
2. The Customer shall return the Vehicle together with all Tires, Tools, Accessories and Equipment there on/in the same condition the vehicle was received (including the amount of petrol/diesel that was in the gas tank) by the Customer to Fridam Rentals place of business unless specified otherwise on the date specified in the Agreement, or sooner if demanded by Fridam Rentals.
3. The Vehicle shall not be used, operated or driven :
a) By any person in violation of law as to age or by person who has given to Fridam Rentals a fictitious name or address.
b) In any contest, or in any negligent or unsafe manner or in violation of any law.
c) To tow any vehicle, trailer any other matter.
d) To carry an excessive load or in a manner as to result in damage or unreasonable
wear and tear to the vehicle.
e) By any person other than the customer or
f) By any person under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or intoxicants.
4. If the Vehicle is any way Damaged when it is received by or again in the possession of Fridam Rentals or is not returned to Fridam Rentals, the Customer shall be liable to Fridam Rentals for :
a) Any Damaged to the Vehicle (including all cost of repairs and/or costs of having to
locate and/or retrieve the Vehicle; and/or
b) The total insurance access of $4,000.00 SAT which is non waiver able, whether at
fault or not; and
c) Any loss of income.
5. Fridam Rentals has the right to remove at any time or demand the early return of the Vehicle where there is any breach or suspected or likely breach of the Agreement.
6. Fridam Rentals shall be entitled to claim from the Customer and the Customer agrees to be liable for all costs incurred by Fridam Rentals in having to enforce the Agreement, including all legal fees and Court costs.
7. The Customer agrees to be solely liable for any and all personal injuries, including death and property damage, in any way arising out of, or by reason of use of the Vehicle. The customer also agrees that overhead and underbody plus windscreen, stereo and tire damages to Vehicle are entirely at the Customer’s risk.
FRIDAM RENTALS herein called the owner, hereby rent to the renter herein called the customer and the vehicle, subject to all conditions and provisions contained herein in the consideration whereof, customer acknowledges and agrees.
